Maintenance will occur Wednesday September 23 at 10pm PST - at which time, all accounts will be moved to our ELEPHANT server.
Our JUPITER server has reached the end of its natural life and is time to lay it to rest. While it is currently operating normally, we want to be pro-active before it produces problems/issues that will severely affect users. Before we can take the server offline we must move all the accounts on it to another machine. This will occur on Wednesday September 23 at 10pm PST - at which time, all accounts will be moved to our ELEPHANT server.
We do not anticipate any downtime, however, there may be scripting issues that creep up due to differences in software versions. Should you notice any problems with your site(s), please submit a support request via email to
support@superwebhost.com
and we will correct the issue right away.
